соглашение Лансинга-Исии
Американо-японское соглашение от 2 ноября 1917, которым США признавали наличие "особых интересов" Японии в Китае. Заключено в форме обмена нотами между госсекретарем США [Secretary of State] Р. Лансингом [Lansing, Robert] и главой специальной японской миссии в Вашингтоне К. Исией. В американской ноте выражалась также надежда, что Япония будет соблюдать принцип "открытых дверей" [open door policy] и уважать территориальную целостность и независимость Китая. Однако китайское правительство отказалось признать его. Утратило силу в 1923 после Вашингтонской конференции [Washington Conference]
